The property had been newly decorated and carpeted throughout which was lovely. Mike has been a model landlord. He is easy to contact and any queries are dealt with promptly. Minor maintenance issues have been rectified quickly and efficiently.

The flat was in good decorative order when I moved in, with all the required appliances . Mike has been a great Landlord. He always responds to any issues that may arise and always gets things sorted as quickly as possible. I am very happy to be his tenant and hope I will remain to be for many more years.

We found Mike through Open Rent almost a year ago, he was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made it all as stress free as possible. From the minute I came to view the property Mike ensured everything moved quickly with no stress. The property was newly decorated with new carpets throughout and even a new oven! It all felt brand new. Luckily we haven’t needed any repairs etc but Mike is extremely approachable and I’m certain if we ever do need anything he will not hesitate to get it sorted.
